9 nurses from all over Ontario have earned their de Souza Designation. This Designation represents excellence in oncology and palliative care. Building expertise and skills, each nurse has taken a series of courses, so that they can deliver the best care possible.

New for 2014: We have revised the admission criteria to open this program to health care professionals with a completed health-care related undergraduate honour degree and a minimum of two years' experience in a health-related field.
According to the World Health Organization, at least one-third of all cancers are preventable.
