• Registered Practical Nurse, Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (August 2nd) Two years current progressive experience in Oncology Nursing preferred. Complex Malignant Hematology de Souza course preferred.
• Registered Nurse – Transitional Graduate Nurse, Alberta Health Services (July 29) Previous clinical experience in Cancer Care, acute care, including Emergency or ICU practicums, is an asset. Enrollment in or completion of oncology‑related coursework or an oncology-based education certificate (e.g. OPREP, de Souza etc.) program is an asset.
• Registered Nurse – Oncology, Louise Marshall Hospital (June 30) Completion of de Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course mandatory. Certification must be active and in good standing. Experience with medical day care procedures including but not limited to paracentesis, thoracentesis, bone marrow biopsy, and lumbar puncture.
• Registered Nurse, Selkirk Regional Health Centre (June 11) Recent related up to two years’ experience in emergency, medicine, or surgery nursing is required. Long Distance Oncology Course – Foundations in Oncology through de Souza, Ontario or equivalent required or completion within twelve months of employment.
• Registered Nurse, Kingston Health Sciences Centre (June 9) 2 Years Oncology nursing experience preferred. Recent experience in stem cell transplant preferred. Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course (PSCB) or de Souza Certification required.
