  • Registered Nurse (TFT), Niagara Health System (April 23rd) Must have completed Oncology certificate course or de Souza Foundations in Oncology Nursing Practice course as well as de Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course or the ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate course. Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset.
  • Registered Nurse, 5W Acute Leukemia, The Ottawa Hospital (April 18th) de Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy or ONS certification is strongly encouraged. Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (April 18th) Must have ability to deliver care to complex oncology patient population (end of life, palliative care, M.A.I.D.). Must have de Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy or ONS certification strongly preferred. Must be willing to maintain this certification and recertify if required.
  • Clinical Research Coordinator III, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (April 19th) Chemotherapy certification (de Souza Institute) preferred. Must have recognized certification in clinical research (ACRP or SOCRA) obtained or plans to work towards.
  • Registered NurseRoyal Victoria Regional Health Centre  (April 20th) Two years current progressive experience in Oncology Nursing essential. IV and Chemotherapy Administration Certification required (de Souza or ONS).
  • Registered Nurse (Oncology), Michael Garron Hospital (February 16th) Completion of de Souza Institute’s Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certificate program, or ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration certificate required. Must have 2-3 years recent experience in Oncology and Cancer Therapy (Chemotherapy/Biotherapy).
  • Registered Nurse (Oncology), Michael Garron Hospital (February 16th) Completion of de Souza Institute’s Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certificate program, or ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration certificate required. Must have 2-3 years recent experience in Oncology and Cancer Therapy (Chemotherapy/Biotherapy).
