Recent Palliative Care experience (within the last 3 years), demonstrated expertise in pain and symptom management and evidence of successful completion of palliative care coursework: Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care, CAPCE, de Souza Palliative Care courses, etc.

CNA certification in Oncology Nursing is preferred, current de Souza course in Oncology Foundations, preferred, current de Souza Oncology Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, preferred as well as 2 years recent experience in oncology.
