Registered Nurse, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (October 17) de Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy or ONS certification strongly preferred. Must be willing to maintain this certification and recertify if required. Medical oncology/hematology experience preferred.
Manager of Clinical Practice, Bayshore HealthCare (October 16) Must have at least five years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a community setting. Additional training and certification such as CNA certifications, Learning Essentials for Advanced Palliative Care (LEAP), de Souza and other specialty training would be an asset to this role.

Nurse Practitioner, Southlake Health (September 30) Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant Registered Nurse experience in oncology/palliative care required. Minimum 3 years of recent and relevant Nurse Practitioner experience in oncology preferred. Additional specialty education in Oncology preferred i.e., de Souza Hematology Courses.
Registered Nurse, Humber River Health (September 29) Must have 2 years recent experience in oncology. Current de Souza course in Oncology Foundations and/or de Souza Oncology Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, preferred.
Registered Nurse, Brightshores Health System (September 16) Must have Medical Oncology and Palliative Care nursing experience within the last 2 years. Must have completion of Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Course with de Souza Institute or accredited equivalent or willingness to obtain within 1 year.

Nurse Practitioner, Southlake Regional Health Centre (August 6) Completion of ongoing education in Palliative Care such as the de Souza Symptom Assessment and Management in Palliative Care required. Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant Registered Nurse experience in oncology/palliative care required.
Registered Nurse – Systemic Therapy, Halton Healthcare (July 30) As a Systemic Therapy Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence-based care to oncology patients receiving systemic therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted treatments. Current Chemotherapy certification required and Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience with Cytotoxic and/or Biologics Administration and an understanding of CANO standards for Oncology Nursing.
